Additional Rules:
12 Omens is a constructed format where players build a 60-card Spellbook, 30-card Atlas, and 10-card Collection, with a Singleton deck-building restriction, meaning you may only include one copy of each card in your deck.

What sets 12 Omens apart from most Sorcery formats is its Points List. Each player has 12 points to spend on powerful and influential cards, allowing you to build a unique deck while keeping some of the game's strongest cards in check.
