Celebrate the release of the new The Hobbit set with a special Commander event where every player secretly takes on the role of a legendary character, each with their own hidden victory condition. Outsmart your opponents, forge unlikely alliances, and decide carefully who to trust—because anyone at the table could already be playing to win in a completely different way.

Date: Sunday 9th August

Time: 3:00PM

Entry: $10

Format: Casual Commander...with a twist:

Each player secretly draws a role at the start of the game (Don't worry we'll have a handy info sheet for you on the day!)

Bilbo Baggins

Objective: Control your commander at the end of your turn on the 9th turn cycle to win the game.

Thorin Oakenshield

Objective: Eliminate the player who is secretly Smaug to win the game.

Gandalf the Grey

Objective: Prevent another player from being eliminated (through a spell, ability, or political deal) and survive until your next turn to win the game.

Smaug

Objective: Be the last player standing.

Players reveal their role only when they achieve their objective or are eliminated to win the game.

If a 5 player pod is formed add in:

Azog

Objective: Eliminate any two players before the game ends to win the game.

Prizing: Duckraces, QUACK!

Skirmish events are casual tournaments and are a fantastic way for newer players to join their local community for great games and good times, while getting a taste of what Flesh and Blood has to offer.
